Central location, within a close distance from Mother House. Approximately 23 minutes' drive from airport. Excellent staff on reception and elsewhere. Comfy bed and great value and beautiful room.

The hotel's central location in the middle of Jackson was great. Additionally, it was conveniently situated near Kolkata, restaurants, and a mall. My room offered great value for money and was clean, equipped with climate control, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television.

also, location was favourable and comfortable, a 10-15 minute walk from mother house. there was outstanding food, the staff was excellent and amiable.

My room was great, it had everything I needed like climate control, a safe for my laptop, and a TV with multiple channels, and the central location was really convenient.

Our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel was situated in a convenient location, providing easy access to popular attractions and transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed the sumptuous dinner menu. Additionally, the staff was prompt and friendly in addressing any concerns we had during our stay.

The parking area could be difficult to maneuver for larger vehicles.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was not great. the only good thing about it was the complementary cake and wine. the hotel's key location was also a plus with attractions nearby. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar with a great view.

Sadly, our overall experience was not good. the hotel was dirty with spilled drinks, spider webs on the table and dirty trays.

The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
